Luiz Carvalho, Chief Executive Officer

Luiz Carvalho has served as CEO of Alexander Proudfoot since 2002, twenty years after first starting with the company as a Process Consultant and holding numerous leadership positions. He is a member of the Management Consulting Group Board of Directors, as well as Chairman of both the Alexander Proudfoot Management Committee and Operating Committee. Luiz is a member of the Young Presidents and World Presidents Organizations. He is a board member for the Association of Management Consulting Firms as well as a member of the Executive Council of the Conference Board. Mr. Carvalho holds dual citizenship in Brazil and the United States and speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Alan Steelman, Vice Chairman

|
Alan serves as Vice Chairman for Alexander Proudfoot, with responsiblility for Advisory Boards. Alan joined Alexander Proudfoot in 1977, following a successful career as a member of the U.S. Congress, representing Texas Fifth District (Dallas), and serving on the White House staff during the first term of President Richard Nixon. He was the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate in Texas in1976. At Proudfoot, he has held a variety of roles including President of the Asia-Pacific region, and Chief Operating Officer for the company worldwide. He has also served as President of Maxager Technology, Inc., and as Senior Principal of Monitor Company. He has served on the boards of Sterling Software (NYSE), Aristocrat Technologies (ASX), and the Texas Growth Fund (Private Equity). He has also served as Chairman of the Dallas Council on World Affairs, and the Center for World Thanksgiving, in Dallas, and as Vice-Chairman of the Tower Center for Public Affairs at Southern Methodist University.
A graduate of Baylor University, Alan earned a Masters Degree from Southern Methodist University, and won a Kennedy Fellowship for postgraduate study at the Institute of Politics at Harvard University.

Dhesan Moodley, President North America

Dhesan Moodley serves as Unit President North America. He is also a member for the global executive committee of Alexander Proudfoot. Dhesan brings considerable consulting experience to Proudfoot. Previously, he was Lead Strategist with Gemini Consulting, Partner responsible for Government and Product portfolios at Accenture, Technology Fund Partner at Ethos Private Equity, and Managing Principal at IBM Global Consulting Service. He also served as CEO of Bluepeter Management Consulting Ltd. Dhesan's academic qualifications include an MB ChB from the University of Natal Medical School, a Master of Science (Sports Medicine) from the University of Cape Town, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.

Christophe Du Bois, President Europe

Christophe Du Bois rejoined the Company and was reappointed European President in 2010. With a career in business consulting spanning over 30 years, his first ten years were spent delivering benefits on client projects across Europe. Christophe went on to lead our global development, holding many management positions including President of our business units in the Americas and Europe as well as head of global business review, assuming responsibility for all proposals to clients. In addition, he has pursued various other business interests in biotech and as real estate developer. Christophe is a member of both the Alexander Proudfoot Management and Operating committees. A Belgian, he speaks fluent French and English.

David Kitchen, President South Africa

David Kitchen was named President, Africa in 2011. He is also a member of the Alexander Proudfoot Operating Committee and Business Development Committee. David joined Alexander Proudfoot in 2007 and quickly established himself as a leader in sales and client management. Previously, David held senior management positions at a number of engineering and technical firms, including Honeywell SA, Milltronics, and Setpoint Holdings. He is a former Chief Executive of Cullinan Electronics. David has consulted for a wide range of electrical, technology, heavy engineering and manufacturing clients. David holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.

Paulo Amorim, President Latin America

Paulo Amorim serves as the President for Latin America. Prior to Alexander Proudfoot, Paulo worked with Autolatina (the former Ford & VW joint venture in Brazil and Argentina), PepsiCo and O’Gara-Hess, holding strategic positions such as Finance Director, Product Development Controller, Financial Planning Manager, Country Manager, and Vice President of International Operations based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has extensive senior-level international management experience, including roles in P&L, sales, marketing, business development, manufacturing, finance and operations in North, South and Central America, Europe, Asia and Asia Pacific.
Paulo earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Marriott Graduate School of Business, Brigham Young University in Utah and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Utah, Graduating Cum Laude.
